4 INGREDIENT PIE SHEET

  • 250 g flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  •  100 ml vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons water

Pineapple Cream

  • 570 g pineapple crushed in its own juice
  • 390 g coconut milk/coconut cream
  • 1-2 vials of vanilla essence
  •  1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons stevia extract
  • opțional 3 linguri ulei virgin de cocos

Instructions

Pie sheets

  1. In a medium bowl, mix the flour with the salt.
  2. Add oil and water, mix well until smooth.
  3. Form a ball of dough and place it in a pie pan previously greased with oil.
  4. Spread the dough with your hands (especially your fingertips) over the entire surface of the tray - including the edges, making sure you cover each portion well.
  5. Bake the pie sheet for 10-15 minutes.

Pineapple Cream

  1. While the pie sheet is baking, we start with the pineapple cream for the pie
  2. In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients and mix well until you get a silky and homogeneous cream.
  3. Pour everything evenly over the pie sheets and refrigerate for 2-4 hours (depending on how hard your refrigerator freezes and how you want the final consistency of the pie to be.
  4. You can decorate with fresh fruit, almond flakes, coconut, etc.
