Ingredients

- 450 ml warm water
- 20 g yeast
- 1 kg white flour
- 50 ml vegetable oil
- ¼ teaspoon salt

- 250 g white sugar
- 500 g apples
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Mix water and yeast well until dissolved.
- Add the oil over, then the flour and salt, and knead well until you get a homogeneous dough.

- Meanwhile, put the apples on the grater and mix them with the sugar and cinnamon. Drain the juice mixture.
