Pie Dough

  • 450 ml warm water
  • 20 g yeast
  • 1 kg white flour
  • 50 ml vegetable oil
  • ¼ teaspoon salt


  • 250 g white sugar
  • 500 g apples
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon


  1. Mix water and yeast well until dissolved.
  2. Add the oil over, then the flour and salt, and knead well until you get a homogeneous dough.
  3. The dough is set aside and left to rise in a warm place.
  4. Meanwhile, put the apples on the grater and mix them with the sugar and cinnamon. Drain the juice mixture.
  5. When he grew up, he split into two balls. One of them stretches well in a circle and is placed in a round pie shape.
  6. Put the grated apples over the dough.
  7. The other ball of dough is stretched and cut into thin strips. With these strips we cover the pie, depending on what model we want to make.
  8. Place the pie in the preheated oven at 200 degrees for a quarter of an hour. After this period, lower it to a temperature of 150 degrees and leave it for about 10 minutes.
