  • 350 g ripe bananas, peeled (approx. 500 g with peel)
  • 200 g brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract or 2 sachets of vanilla sugar Bourbon
  • a pinch of salt

  • 200 g coconut flakes (fine)
  • 50 g of cocoa

  1. In a suitable bowl, crush the bananas with a fork
  2. Add brown sugar, salt, and vanilla.
  3. Pour the oil and mix everything for 1-2 minutes (with the hand mixer or with the robot).
  4. Add the coconut flakes and cocoa.
  5. Stir again for 1 minute and you're done!
  6. The dough for the vegan brownie is ready!
  7. Let the dough sit for 15 minutes so that the coconut flakes absorb the liquids.
  8. The oven must be heated to 160 C with ventilation (heating + lowering) and the middle stage for gas.
  9. Choose a tray that we line with baking paper and pour the composition of blackberry into it. Level it with a spatula.
  10. Put the tray in the oven for 60 minutes at 160 C
  11. Let the brownie cool and cut it into squares of about 5 cm
