  • 1 onion
  • 2 Red peppers
  • 2 carrots
  • 4 potatos
  • 1 celery
  • 1 leek
  • 300 g Tomato juice
  • fresh larch
  • 300 ml borsch ( if you don't have borsh you can use lemon salt, 2-3 g depending on how sour you want it)
  • salt
  • 1 tablespoon oil

Instructions

  1. Wash and clean the vegetables. Cut into cubes.
  2. Cook the onion, carrot, celery and leek until the carrot is soft. Gradually add a little water so it doesn't burn.
  3. When the vegetables have softened, add the potatoes and 1 liter of water and let them boil until the potatoes are cooked.
  4. When all the vegetables are cooked, add the tomato sauce and let it boil for 5 minutes.
  5. After 5 minutes, add salt, borsch and let it boil for another 5 minutes.
  6. Add the chopped larch and remove the soup from the heat
