My daughter & I were lucky enough to try & buy this delicious vegan gluten free mac n cheez at the Brighton vegan festival on their recent launch day. My daughter has tried just about every vegan mac n cheese product & has tried many recipes. She declares this the best vegan mac n cheese ever. Even better is it's gluten free. (She is allergic to milk & gluten). I'm vegetarian & I rarely like her vegan cheese substitutes. But I can honestly say this may be better than ordinary mac n cheese. I loved it.
Tip: Leave it that little bit longer & it becomes even creamier.
