It took me around 2 weeks to get around to doing something with VeganEgg - I think I was nervous as to how it would taste compared to ‘normal’ chicken eggs!
But, I followed the instructions to the letter and can honestly say I am converted! That’s after one meal!
I am transitioning from vegetarian to vegan and, of course, my weak spots are eggs and cheese. I haven’t drunk cows milk for around 16 years now.
So, the challenge for my transition was to make it as easy as possible. Whilst I am trying to eat plant-based foods as much as possible, I still want some quick go-to comfort foods for when I get in from work absolutely starving!! I’m only human after all!
