To ensure that our products, including chilled items, reach our customers in the United Kingdom in perfect condition, we exclusively offer next day delivery with various options tailored to our customers' preferences. All orders placed by 10 AM are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 10 AM, even with Next Day Delivery selected, will be dispatched the following day with next day delivery.
Each package will be provided with a tracking number. For all our chilled products, we guarantee delivery in thermo-insulated packaging with ice packs to ensure they arrive in optimal condition to the end customer.
